Page 10 sits on Pattaya Soi 10, one of the short sois running between Beach Road and Second Road just south of Central Pattaya Road — a quiet street with a hotel on it rather than a bar street, which is exactly the point. It is small: 76 rooms and three suites, from 38 m² deluxes up to an 88 m² suite, every one with a private balcony and a king bed the hotel is so proud of that it says so in the marketing.
It is noticeably more considered than the mid-range norm here — dark wood, decent linen, a sitting area, a desk and a safe — and it is the best-reviewed of the eight hotels we list in Pattaya, with guests in 2024–26 singling out the space, the cleanliness and a door concierge who learns their names. The Sky Bar on the roof is a quiet spot for a sunset beer that half the guests never find, and Cross Bar downstairs handles a buffet breakfast and food through the day. There is a fitness room and in-room massage. The pool is the garden pool the hotel's own site describes, set in planting at the base of the building and genuinely usable in the afternoon.
Position, properly measured: the beach is 300 metres and four minutes away, Soi Diana Inn five, LK Metro five, Soi Buakhao seven, Soi 7 and Soi 8 eight to ten, and the Walking Street gateway 1.19 km — about fifteen minutes on foot. The hotel's own material claims ten, which is optimistic.
Guest policy, as reported and reconfirmed in January 2026: no joiner fee, with a visitor required to leave ID at reception; a third person in the room is billed ฿1,000, and the minimum visitor age is 20. Confirm at check-in — see how guest-friendly works.
The recurring complaints are air conditioning that cycles hot and cold at night and cosmetic wear on some floors. Rates run about $45–85 (฿1,500–2,800), with December and January at the top.
